Dice Apartments – where the owner’s passion for board games provides the guiding motif for the project.
This inspiration shaped both the interior design and branding concept, resulting in a unified design strategy that runs consistently throughout the building, representing Dice Apartments as an independent brand.
The ground floor is bright, defined by numerous windows, while the raw, stone walls of the basement enhance the sense of intimacy. Across two floors, there are a total of seven studio apartments, each equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen. Walls left white or with natural stone surfaces provide a neutral backdrop for the vibrant, modular furniture. Different functional zones are marked by distinct colors: for example, the kitchens are green, and the shelving units are pink. This playful, bold use of color faithfully evokes the world of board games, where each player identifies with their own color.
